This newest "shot over the bow" is now before the State Water Resources Control Board right now, and will be ruled on after the end of the month. The .pdf shows details of applications to divert water from Ag & incidental users to "Environmental" uses.

Protests must be received by the Division of Water Rights by 4:30 p.m. on August 31,
2009"

Don't delay, Water Patriots! Get on the stick and stop this latest "water diversion!" if you don't you may end up trying to "drink a smelt!"
